2023 National Pretzel Day deals: Auntie Anne's, Wetzel's Pretzels, Sheetz and more

Wednesday is National Pretzel Day and companies are offering deals this week to celebrate. 

Here is a roundup of chains offering deals and freebies to customers to celebrate the holiday.

Auntie Anne’s

If you’re a Pretzel Perks Member, you can get one free original or cinnamon pretzel all day on April 26. 

No extra purchase is necessary to get the pretzel, but if you add a dip or drink to your order on National Pretzel Day, you’ll have the chance to redeem a surprise offer for the next 14 days. 

Sheetz 

The convenience store chain is offering a free soft pretzel, excluding the MTO pretzel, for any customer who purchases coffee or a fountain drink at any location. The deal  runs Wednesday through Friday, is limited to one per customer and can only be redeemed through the Sheetz app.

Philly Pretzel Factory

Customers can redeem one free pretzel with no purchase necessary at any Philly Pretzel Factory or Walmart store (excluding transportation and entertainment venues).

On April 26, select locations will offer the first 100 customers a punch card to receive a free pretzel every day throughout May.

Wetzel’s Pretzels

This pretzel chain will give a free original pretzel to anyone who asks  beginning at 3 p.m. until close on April 26.

Flipz

Flipz – known for its chocolate-covered pretzels – can be ordered for free "while supplies last" starting April 26 through May 9, when ordered exclusively through Instacart, according to a news release sent to the Deseret News.

Flipz is also offering new limited edition “Stuff’d Double Peanut Butter” bite-sized pretzels, available exclusively at 7-Eleven, according to the news release.

Ben's Soft Pretzels 

On Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., Ben's Soft Pretzels will offer a “free” pretzel to customers that make a donation of $1 or more to the Tunnel 2 Towers Foundation – a non-profit that supports military members and first responders, according to the organization’s website.

Pretzelmaker 

Customers can get a free small order of Pretzel Bites at participating Pretzelmaker locations on Wednesday. 

Eastern Standard Provisions 

This online pretzel delivery service is offering discounts of up to 50% off on its website on Wednesday.
