Rap-icon Future coming to Schottenstein Center with Metro Boomin on Aug. 10

Rap pioneers Future, legendary for his prolific output, and Metro Boomin, considered one of modern hip-hop and trap music's most influential producers, are to support their recent collaborations with the "We Trust You Tour," which is set to stop at the Schottenstein Center on Aug. 10.

Tickets are to be available beginning with a Cash App-card presale from 10 a.m. Wednesday through 10 p.m. Thursday, followed by general sales at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com.

Future and Metro Boomin's album "We Don't Trust You," debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 upon its release March 22. Its follow-up, "We Still Don't Trust You," was released April 12.

Future, who brought his "One Big Party Tour" to Nationwide Arena last year, boasts a prodigious discography consisting of nine studio albums, three collaborative albums, one soundtrack album ("Superfly," 2018), 24 mixtapes, two extended plays and 117 singles (including 61 as a featured artist).

The Atlanta-born rapper, known for his use of autotuned melodies, has scored numerous hits as a lead artist, including "Magic," "Turn on the Lights," "Low Life," "Mask Off," "Too Easy," "Love You Better," "Superhero (Heroes & Villains)" and a string of chart-toppers, featuring Drake: "Jumpman," "Used to This," "Life is Good" "Wait for U."

"Like That," released March 24 and featuring Future, Metro Boomin and Kendrick Lamar, is the third and final single from "We Don't Trust You." The song, said to be a diss track toward Drake, was an instant commercial success, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Global 200 and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts simultaneously, topping the Canadian Hot 100 and peaking in the Top 10 of several countries in Europe.
